Welcome to TCGTrax! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and Apple app (collectively, the "Services"). By using TCGTrax, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

By using TCGTrax, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for overseeing any use of the Services by minors.

2. Children Under 13

TCGTrax is not intended for children under 13. You may not use the Services or create an Account if you are under 13. TCGTrax does not collect age information, so you are responsible for complying with this requirement.

3. Electronic Communications

Whenever you use TCGTrax or send us an email, that communication is considered an Electronic Communication. By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, and you agree that these communications satisfy any legal requirement for written notices or disclosures.

4. Account

To use TCGTrax, you must create an Account.

  • If you are under 18, you may only create an Account with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  • If you are under 13, you may not create an Account.
  • You can register using an email address or by linking your Account to Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your Account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your Account. Sharing your password or allowing others to access your Account is prohibited.

TCGTrax is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from stolen or misused credentials. Any action taken using your Account is assumed to be authorized by you. We may take technical or legal measures to prevent unauthorized use of the Services.

5. User Content

Users may submit content such as comments, reviews, or guides ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your content, but by posting it on TCGTrax, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your User Content in connection with the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate anyone's rights or applicable laws.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All content related to Pokémon, including card images, logos, and trademarks, are the property of The Pokémon Company. TCGTrax is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company. All references to Pokémon content are for informational purposes only.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as-is" and "as available." TCGTrax makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services. Your use is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCGTrax and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Account for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Services. Upon termination, your rights to access your Account and content will end.
